KPMG is the largest firm of chartered accountants and business advisers in Sierra Leone. Set up in the 1930s by Edward Cassleton Elliott, it later became known as Peat Marwick Cassleton Elliott and Co. In 1988, KPMG and Peat Marwick successfully completed the first mega merger. Today KPMG is a firm of approximately 120 people including three partners.
